Fluent in both Spanish and English, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage consumer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, assisting with order inquiries, product information, and refund processing in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, live chats, and written communication while troubleshooting consumer product issues
  • Process refunds and replacements accurately while maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all channels
  • Log customer information and case details using various CRM tools, adhering to compliance standards
Required qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with multiple software programs
  • College degree preferred
