Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with claims, and facilitate client inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of client calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist clients with submitting claims, changing doctors, and addressing inquiries
  • Document all interactions in the call center database accurately and comprehensively
Required qualifications:
