Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with claims, and facilitate client inquiries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Assist clients with submitting claims, changing doctors, and addressing inquiries
- Document all interactions in the call center database accurately and comprehensively
Required qualifications:
- Bilingual (Required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
