Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call through proactive communication and de-escalation techniques
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
