Job Summary
To support insurance claim inquiries, the temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative will respond to calls regarding automotive glass breakage, providing solutions while working remotely after completing paid training in Laval.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries related to insurance claims with high-quality service standards
- Assisting customers by recommending appropriate solutions based on their needs
- Navigating various computer systems and applications to manage customer interactions effectively
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience with insurance claims is a significant advantage
- Proficient in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Legal work authorization in Canada
- Resident of the Greater Montreal area with availability for variable hours
