Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, deliver personalized solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to members regarding AAA memberships
  • Deliver personalized solutions and recommend products and services to meet member needs
  • Engage with members using effective communication and a problem-solving approach
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston office location
