Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, deliver personalized solutions, and navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to members regarding AAA memberships
  • Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services tailored to member needs
  • Engage with members using effective communication while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate computer systems in real time while multitasking
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic work environment
