Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for retirement plans, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will answer inquiries, process account changes, and educate customers, all while working remotely and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement savings accounts from participants and employers
  • Communicate critical plan updates and process changes such as contributions, loans, and withdrawals
  • Participate in a paid training program to develop a strong foundation in financial services
Required qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate's degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, or two years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Capability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
