Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service in a remote call center environment, assisting customers with retirement savings accounts and processing account changes without engaging in sales.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants and employers
- Educate customers on their accounts and communicate critical plan updates
- Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
Required qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including some evenings and occasional Saturdays
- Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
