Job Summary
Joining the Communications Department, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle incoming client and agent calls regarding mutual funds, provide accurate information, and process requests while initially training onsite before transitioning to a remote work arrangement.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client/agent calls regarding mutual funds
- Provide complete and accurate information using department resources
- Process client/agent requests and ensure quality service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Minimum one year of comparable customer service experience
- Ability to adapt to constant industry changes
- Basic computer skills
