Job Summary

Joining the Communications Department, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle incoming client and agent calls regarding mutual funds, provide accurate information, and process requests while initially training onsite before transitioning to a remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client/agent calls regarding mutual funds
  • Provide complete and accurate information using department resources
  • Process client/agent requests and ensure quality service delivery
Required qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Minimum one year of comparable customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt to constant industry changes
  • Basic computer skills
