Job Summary

To support a project-specific surge in child support services, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage intricate inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials through inbound calls and chats while working remotely from San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve complex inquiries regarding child support services, ensuring compliance with Federal Title IV-D regulations and state privacy laws
  • Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and provide updates on modification statuses while documenting member information
  • Assist with technical issues affecting case processing and maintain communication with customers regarding ongoing incidents
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs
  • Knowledge of child support policies and customer service techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
