Job Summary
Joining a diverse team, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional inbound customer support in both English and Spanish, assist with basic technical issues, and document customer interactions, all while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home position.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
