Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage incoming and outgoing calls for the Groceries to Go program, screening and enrolling New Yorkers for eligibility while providing support in utilizing the program remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone and email, adhering to program protocols
• Screen and enroll eligible New Yorkers into the Groceries to Go program
• Conduct outreach to program participants and refer individuals to appropriate resources

Required qualifications

• Oral and written fluency in Spanish
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work in multi-cultural settings with diverse populations
• Experience with resource navigation and benefits enrollment
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
