Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service inquiries, guiding customers through solutions and maintaining accurate documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests
- Address customer inquiries related to utility services, including billing and payment assistance
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions
- Proficient with technology, able to navigate multiple windows and tabs
- Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance
