Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service inquiries, guiding customers through solutions and maintaining accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests
• Address customer inquiries related to utility services, including billing and payment assistance
• Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues

Required qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions
• Proficient with technology, able to navigate multiple windows and tabs
• Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance
