Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will engage with customers remotely, addressing inquiries related to utility services, resolving complaints, and providing solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete a virtual paid training program and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to address complex issues
Required qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain engagement on the phone with minimal distractions
  • Proficient in operating multiple computer windows and tabs while providing customer support
  • Strong attendance record to ensure availability for customer needs
