Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the seasonal remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide inbound customer support, assist with basic technical issues, and track information in databases while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues and offer additional products or services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC
