Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule rides, verify eligibility, and resolve transportation issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist members with scheduling, updating, or canceling transportation through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve transportation-related issues and document interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, and transportation requirements while meeting performance KPIs
Required qualifications
  • MUST be fluent in English and Spanish
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, or transportation role
  • MUST have your own equipment for remote work
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and document interactions quickly
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays
