Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish, this remote position will manage customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring accurate and professional service while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Accurately process customer information and transactions across multiple systems while ensuring data security
  • Collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and enhance customer experience through resource development
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment
  • Experience with multiple computer systems or learning management systems (LMS) preferred
  • Prior experience processing secure transactions or handling sensitive data (PII/PCI) is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across various channels
