Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Quebec French, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to customers renting construction and industrial equipment, ensuring their needs are met efficiently while working remotely from Quebec.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and efficient customer service as the primary contact for rental inquiries
• Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer interactions and requests
• Assist customers in understanding rental processes and equipment options

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Quebec French
• Customer service experience in a call center or dedicated customer service role
• Preferred experience in the equipment rental or construction industry
• Familiarity with Wynne or AS400 systems is preferred
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and perform physical tasks as required
