Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative, this remote position will provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through SNAP EBT transactions while maintaining a thorough understanding of products and policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide information and support regarding SNAP EBT transactions to customers
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints while striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions
- Proficient in using technology and managing multiple windows while assisting customers
