Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, assist clients and agents with personal lines insurance inquiries, and process policy-related tasks while ensuring a positive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and chats, delivering accurate information regarding policies, coverage, and billing
- Process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations while prioritizing workload to meet service level agreements
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Arabic or Urdu
- Two years of agency experience in personal lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
- Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
