Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, assist clients and agents with personal lines insurance inquiries, and process policy-related tasks while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and chats, delivering accurate information regarding policies, coverage, and billing
  • Process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations while prioritizing workload to meet service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in Arabic or Urdu
  • Two years of agency experience in personal lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
  • Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
  • Active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
