Job Summary
Guiding customers through their inquiries, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide technical support in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective solutions while working remotely in a private residence.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to the product or service
- Listen actively to understand issues and provide clear, effective solutions
- Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Work at home environment must be in a private residence matching the address on file
- Must have a reliable Internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Comfortable working with company-issued equipment, such as a webcam if applicable
