Guiding customers through their inquiries, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide technical support in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective solutions while working remotely in a private residence.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to the product or service
  • Listen actively to understand issues and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Work at home environment must be in a private residence matching the address on file
  • Must have a reliable Internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Comfortable working with company-issued equipment, such as a webcam if applicable
