Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in English and Spanish will provide exceptional service and support to members and providers in a full-time remote position, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and navigating complex situations while working Monday to Friday during business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource by providing exceptional service and support to members and/or providers
• Answer incoming inquiries and determine the appropriate assistance needed while documenting information accurately
• Research and resolve questions, concerns, and issues through real-time problem-solving and follow-up

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience using computers as a primary work tool
