Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking self-motivated individuals, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls while working remotely from home, providing all necessary equipment and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high call volumes by assisting customers with inquiries and solutions in both English and Spanish
• Utilize computer systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by adhering to attendance and punctuality standards

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in a Windows-based computer environment
• Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute
• Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
• Availability to work between 8:00 am - 12:00 am ET
