To support customer inquiries regarding insurance claims, the part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will respond to calls and provide solutions while working remotely after completing in-person training.

- Assisting customers with their questions and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintaining high-quality service standards while navigating various computer systems
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience with insurance claims is a significant advantage
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Legal work authorization in Canada
- Resident of the Greater Montreal area
