Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will engage with customers to provide billing, programming, and technical support while promoting products and services to enhance their DISH TV experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back customer service and tech support calls throughout the shift
- Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues while engaging with a diverse consumer base
- Participate in comprehensive training and maintain engagement during all calls and video meetings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reside in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
