Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers with billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting inquiries while promoting products and services to enhance their DISH TV experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
- Engage with a diverse customer base to address their needs and resolve technical issues
- Promote products and services to new and existing customers to maximize their experience
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
