Job Summary

Serving as a leading Brand Ambassador, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries and issues in both English and French, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while maintaining accurate documentation and data entry.

• Deliver first-class service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs
• Respond to complex customer inquiries and complaints with informed and professional solutions
• Maintain current knowledge of programs and products through continuous learning

Required qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal skills in both English and French
• Prior experience in an interactive customer service environment
• Experience in the food and/or retail industry is considered an asset
• Advanced knowledge of PCs and familiarity with system navigation
• Ability to work all required shifts and maintain a positive, empathetic demeanor
