Job Summary
Providing patient-focused support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage over 80 inbound calls daily, assist with payment plans, and resolve inquiries in both English and Spanish while working remotely from 11am to 8pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to effectively resolve patient inquiries during calls
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
