Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding account questions and perform necessary callbacks
- Process routine payments over the phone and advise customers on available resources
- Assist with administrative tasks and support new hire training efforts
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
- Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
