Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist ROI Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with status of requests for medical records via phone
• Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
• Meet daily goals of 85 calls per day while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1+ year of call center experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
• Previous medical industry experience preferred but not required
