Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist 2 - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex inquiries, liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate information by examining data in multiple patient accounting systems and ensure documentation of communications
Required Qualifications
  • Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
  • Familiarity with SBO and non-SBO environments in Epic
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive patient interactions
