Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, responsible for managing client interactions in both English and Spanish, handling inquiries and policy changes, while working full-time in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, and policy changes
- Maintain professional communication while multitasking across multiple systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support revenue retention
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
- Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within 90 days
- Proficient typing skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
