Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, responsible for managing client interactions in both English and Spanish, handling inquiries and policy changes, while working full-time in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, and policy changes
  • Maintain professional communication while multitasking across multiple systems
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support revenue retention
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
  • Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within 90 days
  • Proficient typing skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
