Job Summary

To support patient billing inquiries, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage complex customer interactions, build relationships through effective communication, and resolve issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate information by examining data in multiple patient accounting systems and documenting all communications
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
  • Familiarity with Epic systems in both SBO and non-SBO environments
