Job Summary

To support client retention efforts, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Loyalty Specialist will manage incoming calls from clients considering cancellation, educate them on program benefits, and maintain accurate account records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively support clients by anticipating needs and actively listening to concerns
  • Clearly communicate the value of services and provide tailored information to clients
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using a CRM system
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Thorough knowledge of call center policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
