Job Summary
To support client retention efforts, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Loyalty Specialist will manage incoming calls from clients considering cancellation, educate them on program benefits, and maintain accurate account records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively support clients by anticipating needs and actively listening to concerns
- Clearly communicate the value of services and provide tailored information to clients
- Document all customer interactions accurately using a CRM system
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Thorough knowledge of call center policies and procedures
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
