Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage complex billing inquiries, build relationships with patients, and ensure accurate communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, insurance companies, and healthcare facilities
- Build sustainable relationships with patients through effective communication and support
- Provide accurate information by analyzing data from multiple patient accounting systems and documenting interactions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing practices
- Familiarity with Epic systems in both SBO and non-SBO environments
