Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage complex billing inquiries, build relationships with patients, and ensure accurate communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, insurance companies, and healthcare facilities
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients through effective communication and support
  • Provide accurate information by analyzing data from multiple patient accounting systems and documenting interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing practices
  • Familiarity with Epic systems in both SBO and non-SBO environments
