Job Summary
Supporting QVC's customer service operations, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will handle a high volume of inbound calls in Spanish and English, assist with customer inquiries, and promote products while working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
- Assist customers with various requests, including refunds, payments, and order placements
Required qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with multiple systems
- Must reside in Texas or an approved QVC state
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Provide a distraction-free work from home environment and own required equipment
