Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service/Technical Support (English/Spanish) for a remote full-time position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help business owners in the Health and Beauty industry set up their profile and use the company's tools to grow their business
  • Provide product expertise and troubleshoot technical problems for customers over the phone
  • Maintain account health, prevent churn, and ensure merchants are utilizing the app to its fullest potential

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and technical support experience, preferably with technology/SaaS companies
  • Experience supporting markets using SaaS solutions or internet/mobile products
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to quickly learn new software
