Job Summary
Building customer connections, the full-time Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on products and services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and resolve inquiries in a remote setting with a flexible schedule including evenings and rotating Saturdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging conversations
- Educate customers on IGS products and services to drive sales and retention
- Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- Ability to multitask and adhere to a weekly set schedule
