Job Summary

Building customer connections, the full-time Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on products and services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and resolve inquiries in a remote setting with a flexible schedule including evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging conversations
  • Educate customers on IGS products and services to drive sales and retention
  • Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to a weekly set schedule
