  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Sales in a technology/SaaS environment
  • Experience executing a proactive call and contact strategy
  • Strong objection-handling and value-selling skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
