Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and prevent churn
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing customer relationships
- Provide product support and manage payment issues, including account reactivations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, or sales roles
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Google Suite
- Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
- Demonstrated success in organization and time management
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
