Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Retention Advisor (Bilingual English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and prevent churn
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing customer relationships
  • Provide product support and manage payment issues, including account reactivations
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, or sales roles
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
  • Demonstrated success in organization and time management
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
