Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new B2B clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful account activation and initial bookings
- Deliver training sessions tailored to clients' specific needs and provide ongoing support during the first month of their subscription
- Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address challenges to demonstrate the value of the platform
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales, or similar roles
- Customer-oriented with strong listening and persuasion skills
- Meticulous and organized, able to respond quickly to customer needs
- Experience with proactive outreach via phone, email, or messaging apps
- Knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce or Google Suite is an asset
