Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new B2B clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful account activation and initial bookings
  • Deliver training sessions tailored to clients' specific needs and provide ongoing support during the first month of their subscription
  • Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address challenges to demonstrate the value of the platform


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales, or similar roles
  • Customer-oriented with strong listening and persuasion skills
  • Meticulous and organized, able to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Experience with proactive outreach via phone, email, or messaging apps
  • Knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce or Google Suite is an asset
