Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard customers and manage initial implementation, standards, and integrations
  • Create and implement TraceGains products and best practices to ensure scalability and performance
  • Drive product adoption and build strong customer relationships across all levels
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing
  • B.S. or B.A. degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Previous experience in consulting or customer service/support
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus
