- Onboard customers and manage initial implementation, standards, and integrations
- Create and implement TraceGains products and best practices to ensure scalability and performance
- Drive product adoption and build strong customer relationships across all levels
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing
- B.S. or B.A. degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Previous experience in consulting or customer service/support
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus
