Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (Spanish & English).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with large and complex Event Creators to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Provide strategic advice and training to help Creators maximize their use of the platform
  • Monitor performance metrics and advocate for customer feedback to improve product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
  • Experience with SaaS products and managing customer outcomes
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
