Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (Spanish & English).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with large and complex Event Creators to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Provide strategic advice and training to help Creators maximize their use of the platform
- Monitor performance metrics and advocate for customer feedback to improve product offerings
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- Experience with SaaS products and managing customer outcomes
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
