  • Proactively manage relationships and monitor account health
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Full proficiency in French and English is required
  • Experience in communicating technical concepts to customers
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and prioritize independently
  • Experience working with software, preferably in a SaaS environment
