- Act as the first point of contact for all SMB clients' journey
- Host training webinars on revenue management best practices
- Proactively manage relationships and monitor account health
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Full proficiency in French and English is required
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to customers
- Able to balance multiple tasks and prioritize independently
- Experience working with software, preferably in a SaaS environment
