Job Summary
Supporting the expansion into Canada, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Success Manager will conduct product demonstrations for French-speaking clients, manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, and ensure customer adoption and retention through proactive engagement and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative guidance on product integrations and IT security best practices
- Own the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling
- Monitor customer health metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and feedback
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French-Canadian
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in B2B SaaS or MSP
- Proficiency in delivering product demonstrations and connecting platform capabilities to customer needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Familiarity with IT terminology or security technology is a plus
