Job Summary
Guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys, the full-time Bilingual Customer Success Manager will work remotely to empower clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with Vanta's specialized solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with customers across various industries to provide tailored support and resources in both Spanish and English
- Monitor customer health and prioritize engagement strategies to drive retention and value realization
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, facilitating their achievement of specific business outcomes using Vanta's platform
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience managing a large book of business effectively
- Strong understanding of security and compliance practices
- Proven track record of customer retention and relationship building
