Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Representative for a 6-month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by resolving Partner and Borrower inquiries via phone and email
  • Post, reconcile, and balance daily financial transactions related to loan payments
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer service experience
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Customer service experience is required
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services or a call center environment is an asset
  • Previous experience in payment processing is considered an asset
  • Availability to work between 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month
