Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls, questions, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Contact patients regarding prescriptions for payment confirmation and shipping
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and to collect payments from patients and providers


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D
  • 2 years of Customer Success experience
  • Customer service/call center experience
  • Spanish speaking (a must)
  • Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
