Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls, questions, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Contact patients regarding prescriptions for payment confirmation and shipping
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and to collect payments from patients and providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- 2 years of Customer Success experience
- Customer service/call center experience
- Spanish speaking (a must)
- Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
