Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Success Representative for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing patient interactions, resolving inquiries, and processing payments while making 30-50 calls daily.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Contact patients regarding prescriptions to confirm shipping and collect payments
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and necessary information from providers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Experience with Genesys is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet remote workspace
