Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Success Representative for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing patient interactions, resolving inquiries, and processing payments while making 30-50 calls daily.
Key responsibilities
- Answer patient calls and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Contact patients regarding prescriptions to confirm shipping and collect payments
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and necessary information from providers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Experience with Genesys is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a quiet remote workspace
