Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor US (Phone) - Bilingual English/Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from US-based business customers through phone and email
- Resolve issues on the first contact and maintain accurate records of all interactions via CRM
- Report critical issues to the technical support team and provide feedback regarding service concerns
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and/or technical support experience, preferably with technology/SaaS companies
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions while maintaining quality
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and GSuite
