Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor US (Phone) - Bilingual English/Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from US-based business customers through phone and email
  • Resolve issues on the first contact and maintain accurate records of all interactions via CRM
  • Report critical issues to the technical support team and provide feedback regarding service concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Customer service and/or technical support experience, preferably with technology/SaaS companies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions while maintaining quality
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations
  • Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and GSuite
